Great story today on the Friends of Democracy website on a seminar they helped sponsor to educate and involve children in discussions on democracy as part of the "children parliament" project.

This generation of Iraqi children will grow up in a much different world than that of their parents. They are openly encouraged to discuss ideas like freedom, democracy and respecting others opinions--people were put in jail for far less under Saddam's reign.
